- muscle stimulation to wrist and ankle muscles to improve muscle strength of innervated muscles.
- Training to relatives to turn the patient in bed and make him sit with proper support.
- Advice to avoid pressure sores.
- Prognosis-Patient needs assistance by relatives for whole of his life. Relatives are trained during 3-4 months of Physiotherapy treatment to manage patient and avoid complications.
